- Pricing

What drives the price

We don't believe in rigid "tit-for-tat" price lists. A project's price is a function of real work - that's why we always talk first, then quote.

Feature scope

Landing page, multi-page site, store, SaaS app - more features, more work.

Project complexity

Custom design, animations, business logic, admin panel, user roles.

Integrations

Payments, CRM, ERP, external systems, APIs, automations. Each integration is a separate module.

Timeline

The timeline depends on scope, readiness of materials and current availability. If a project needs to be fast-tracked, we check whether we can reserve the resources and show the impact on the budget.

Materials and readiness

Copy, photos, product catalogue, system access and how fast decisions are made all affect the timeline and the amount of work.

What you always get

Whatever starting point you choose, we deliver what a professional launch requires. The exact scope is confirmed in the offer.

Custom design

We design the layout and look around your brand, offer and page goal - no copied template.

Full responsiveness

We build for mobile, tablet and desktop and test key views before publishing.

Technical SEO

Heading structure, meta data, indexing, sitemap and performance within the agreed scope.

CMS panel

If the project needs self-service content editing, we set up the CMS and hand over a short guide.

Code ownership

After the project is settled we hand over the source code, the repository and the agreed access to deployment services.

Post-launch support

The scope of fixes, support and further development is described in the offer. You know before launch what the post-launch period covers.

- After launch

Optional add-ons

You don't need to take any of them - the code is yours, you can maintain it yourself. But if you want peace of mind, here's what we can take over.

from PLN 1,500/mo

SEO

Monthly SEO work: audit, technical priorities, content development, monitoring and reporting. Off-site activity is agreed after analysing the domain and competitors.

from PLN 199/mo

Hosting & maintenance

Hosting, backups, updates and monitoring within an agreed scope. Before launch we define the environment, responsibilities and response times.

from PLN 800/mo

Growth & small changes

A time package for fixes, new features and optimisation. Hours, how work is requested and rollover rules are set in the offer.

custom quote

Analytics & optimisation

Analytics and goal tracking setup - forms, sales or key user actions. We then analyse the data and propose optimisation priorities.

- Principles

Four principles of working together

Fixed price for the agreed scope

Once the scope, timeline and quote are accepted, the price does not change unless the project changes are agreed.

Contract and VAT invoice

Before we start you get a contract, a timeline and payment terms. We settle work in stages according to the plan.

Revisions within the agreed scope

The price includes the review rounds defined in the offer. Changes beyond the accepted scope are quoted before work begins.

A realistic timeline

We set the date once we know the scope, availability and materials. We tell you what may affect the schedule and when we need your decisions.

The most common questions about quotes, payments and what's included. No hidden asterisks - ask directly.

They are indicative starting points for typical projects. The exact quote is prepared after a short call and an analysis of scope, features, integrations, materials and timeline. Before work begins you receive an offer with a clearly described scope and price.

The price covers the scope described in the offer: design, implementation, the agreed features and integrations and the agreed post-launch period. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately, always before work starts.

We settle work in stages: a deposit at the start, instalments at agreed milestones and a final payment after launch. Kreatorzy Sieci is a registered business in Poland (NIP 7732066114) - a VAT invoice is issued after each stage.

We will check whether the scope can be narrowed to the most important goal - starting with a landing page, a simpler MVP or a first stage. If a good solution is not possible within that budget, we will say so openly.

External costs such as a domain, hosting, payments, e-mail services, licences, AI tools or integrations depend on the chosen solution. Before we start we point out which of them are needed and who pays for them.

Yes. The payment schedule is agreed before work begins and matched to the project stages. Details are in the offer and the contract.

First we assess the impact on the timeline and budget. Only after your approval do we deliver it as a further stage or additional scope.

Yes. Once the project is settled we hand over the source code, the repository and the agreed access to the services used in the deployment.

A store is quoted once the catalogue, payments, delivery and integrations are defined. A web app or SaaS platform is quoted after discovery and MVP scoping. That is why we do not publish a single list price for them.
