Usually in stages: a deposit to start, a payment after design approval, a final payment after launch. Larger projects are split into more instalments tied to milestones. VAT invoices, bank transfer, 7-day terms. The code and source files become yours once the final invoice is settled.

Domain, hosting or a server, an SSL certificate (usually free), paid plugins or stock photo licences if the project needs them, and payment provider fees in a store. I list every such item in the quote so you know the full annual cost before we start.

Yes. Every project includes an admin panel (CMS) where you edit text, images and posts without any coding knowledge. I'll show you how to use it.

Of course. I design everything mobile-first - the site looks and works perfectly on phone, tablet and desktop. For apps I can also prepare iOS and Android versions.

You do. After final payment I hand over full rights, source code and repository access. I don't lock you in - you can develop the project further with anyone you choose.

I stay. Depending on the package you get 30–90 days of support, and then we can keep developing the product long-term. I monitor, fix, add features. A good site lives and earns long after launch.

For 3 months after launch I fix bugs caused by my work free of charge. Reports come in by email or phone; failures that block sales are treated as priority. After that you can stay on a support subscription or come back ad hoc - there is no obligation to sign a maintenance contract.

Yes. I can handle hosting, updates, backups and monitoring so you don't have to think about it. I use my own fully controlled infrastructure. Details are arranged individually.
